A structured plan from pre-install to handoff

We begin with a site assessment to confirm loads, panel capacity, routing, and clearances. We coordinate outages, secure required materials (breakers, disconnects, transformers, wiring methods), and schedule work to minimize disruption.

During installation, we use appropriate wiring methods (EMT, rigid, liquidtight), torque terminations to spec with calibrated tools, and label circuits, devices, and control conductors. Commissioning includes insulation resistance and continuity tests, phase-rotation checks, motor bump tests, verification of interlocks and e-stops, and witnessed functional tests with your operators before final handoff and training.

We size conductors and overcurrent devices correctly, apply Article-specific requirements for motors and appliances, provide proper disconnecting means and working clearances, and verify effective grounding and bonding.

Safety is embedded in our workflow: lockout/tagout procedures, NFPA 70E practices, arc-flash awareness, and adherence to equipment SCCR limits. Where required, we incorporate GFCI protection, surge protection, and environmental considerations such as appropriate NEMA enclosures and sealing methods.

Upon completion, you receive a closeout package with as-built updates, circuit directories, labeling schedules, torque logs, insulation resistance and functional test results, and a commissioning checklist. We also provide maintenance recommendations to maximize uptime and equipment lifespan.
